I am afraid of the side affects of methylprednisolone has. Dr prescribed it to help with my laryngitis and other allergy issues, can I take half the dose , three instead of six at once?

Any potential side effects are not dose dependent and are generally very mild... if you have any side effects at all.
This medication has to be taken exactly as directed by your doctor and according to the prescription label.
