Can I take meloxicam while taking cipro if I take it 2 to 4 hrs after taking cipro?

It wouldn't make a difference if you took them at the same time, as the interaction is what it does in your system, not your stomach. There is a higher risk of central nervous system effects such as tremors and seizures when you are on both drugs. They advise you don't take both of them if you have a history of seizures, and be alert to other central nervous system symptoms.
