The previous answers are correct you MUST contact your doctor or pharmacy to see what was ordered after that I would highly recommend going to a website called Drugs.com.There you will be able to get all the information you need about the medication I don't take any new medication until I check that website and get into about the medication you can also check for interaction with other medications you are taking etc but please do yourself a favor and check out the medication and also what problems you might have if you can't tolerate the medication and need to stop it do you have to wean off or can you just stop cold turkey. BEST of LUCK
If your having pain take a pill every six hours until the pain stops. As needed means to only take it if your having pain.
I hope this helps.

With the information that you've provided, the only safe option is to contact your Doctor, or the Pharmacist/Pharmacy where you received it!
