I take this medication too. This is levothyroxine. 50mcg. It is the generic for Synthroid. 50mcg. They are small, white, and round-shaped, with L16 on one side and a half-broken line on the other side. Hope this helps. I know it was a long time ago, but maybe it’ll help.

Hi, Mark!
Double check the imprint because it can be tricky determining some letters and numbers. Could it be a foreign drug?
You might want to try asking a pharmacist for help.
Regards and good luck.
