Personally, I have added sildenafil until I get to 100mg/day or less. So, if I have taken 50mg with no effect, I take another 50mg, not exceeding 100mg in a 24 hour period. Hope this helps.

Thanks but I'm asking about another full 60mg dose? He took the other dose at 7:30pm last night and wants to take another at 3PM
