Ugh frustrated just don't want to have this pressure anymore.
Magnesium Citrate - do I take the whole bottle ? I took 3oz then 4oz and nothing?

It takes 2 bottles for me. The GI doctor told me it was fine for me to use 2 bottles, even though the label says not to use more than one bottle in 24 hours. I hold my nose while drinking it, then drink something with a strong taste to it - like cranberry juice. It helps. Regards - EJ23
