I lost my pack and I'm not sure what to do. Should I start a fresh pack or should I start a new pack on the day that I missed. Or should I just wait out the month until the day I would have run out?

Open a new packet and start where you left off. If you have missed pills start over at the beginning of a new pack, and use back up protection for the first seven days.
It is important that you keep taking your pills. If you miss just one day the effectiveness of the pill is reduced.

It depends on if you missed any pills. If you havent missed any pills, you can start a new pack where you left off. If you missed pills, go ahead and start over at the beginning of a new pack, and use back up protection for the first seven days.

Start a new pack. From the beginning and if you missed more then one pill use a condom for a week. Hoe did you lose it?
