Hi, funkstein!
Zoloft has a long half life of approximately one day. This means that after 25 hours 50%of your last dose is still in your system. After 50 hours 25% will remain and after 75 hours only 12.5%, etc.
At that rate depending on your metabolism, age, gender, and other variables, it should take about 5-6 days to completely clear your system.
