How long can I stop taking high blood pressure medicines before it can start a problem?

the medicine i am taking is Lisinopril
You need to get the dr to call in enough to last until your appt. Do not allow yourself to run out. Your bp could spike and that can lead to stroke. And of course you waited until a holiday weekend. You could ask your pharmacist if he can give you enough until Tuesday when your dr can be reached or go to an urgent care center. I would go without food before I'd go without my bp med.
