I had about one spoon of ice cream and now I'm scared to take a dose of Cipro.
How long after having just one spoon of ice cream can I take Cipro?

You need to wait 2 hours after eating dairy before taking Cipro, and 2 hours after taking Cipro before eating dairy again.
Cipro should be taken on a empty stomach if possible (2 hours after last meal/before next one).
Do not be scared, you won’t come to any harm, it’s just that if you have dairy close to when you take the Cipro the Cipro won’t absorb properly and do it may not work as well as it should.
