If you were 3 days past ovulation, then there was nothing for the Levonorgestrel to do. It works by delaying your ovulation.
if i take it past ovulation, the pill wont work but can it still delay my period?
My predicted ovulation was on 2nd june, i had sex on 5th of june and took levonorgestrel that day
My period is one day late so i was thinking if my period can be late because of plan b?
Yes it could still delay your period. However, you'd need to be sure you had, indeed, passed ovulation. You might have ovulated later than expected, so pregnancy is still possible.
