There s no advers reaction reported specially for gastrointestinal tract (Lantus Solostar) and also about your fish oil capsules. But... rosuvastatin has a constipation side effect which seems often. It may be a coincidence that it appeared by the time you ve started using Lantus, probably it's about your lifestyle change lately.
Consider not using laxatives for long time. Instead you may change your eating habit, and physical activity will boost your intestinal activity.
It's better you use your fish capsules after meal and as a new user you should take information about hypoglysemia side effect of Lantus from your pharmacist.
I strongly disagree. My use of Lantus results in increased urination as is explained in the medication literature. My reasoning is that increased urination also dries the feces, thus resulting in harder stool.
