Is it just me or does it feel as your body gets use to the medication, then the medication isn’t as effective? For me it feels as my body gets used to a certain dose, then I’ll need to raise the dose to have its effectiveness.

Hi, Kati.
It's not unusual because most people need to tweak their dosages until they stabilize on a therapeutic blood level of the drug.
There's no set dose for every person as everyone responds differently to the medication. It's pretty much standard procedure to start someone on a low dose and titer it upwards as their metabolism adjusts.
