I was recently informed that my liver is slightly enlarged. Has there been any studies that show Lamictal to cause liver damage or disease? Does anybody know?

It's very uncommon but there have been a few reports of liver abnormalities with Lamictal:
"Hepatic
Common (1% to 10% of users): Lymphadenopathy
Uncommon (0.1% to 1% of users): Liver function tests abnormal, aspartate transaminase (AST) increased".
