I have an infection in foot. Now would keflex work on it?

Different antibiotics are used to treat different types of infections. Where one might work well on one infection, the same one might not work well on another. None of us are doctors, so I think you're best bet would be to consult with your dr, or at the very least ask your pharmacist, about this. Some infections can spread very rapidly and you don't want to risk that experimenting with something that's not effective for your particular infection. Plus, if you don't have enough reflex for the full recommended course of treatment, you risk the infection coming back and perhaps being more resistant to treatment.
