Or do you start taking them after each pack? I've been taking the 21 day pack for a few months now and I've been bleeding on it and it's getting worse each month. I've read the packs and they don't day if I should wait a week or not. I'm debating on not taking them for a week after this pack is over them starting again to see if that helps.
Junel Fe 1/20 - if you are taking the 21 day pack do you wait a week between taking pills?

Yes that's right. The idea is to take 21 active tablets on consecutive days and then take 7 days break. Your period comes at some time during this break. Sometimes women chose to "skip" their period be skipping the 7 day break and starting on a new pack. This is ok to do every now and then but if it is something you would like to do more permanently you could consider the extended cycle pills such as Seasonique which contain 84 active tablets and 7 inactive tablets.
Hope this helps.
