Is it safe to take Norco while breastfeeding?

It is recommended not to breast feed while taking Norco.

You should talk to your midwife about what your options are. You could give formula for the next 24 hours, or longer, to allow time for the Norco to get out of your system and in the meantime express milk to help keep your supply going.
