This answer is very late but may help someone in future.
I'm pretty sure ciprofloxacin tablets would be gluten free ... however, if at all possible please call the manufacturer (of the brand that you are taking) and they will be able to clarify this for you.
You could also try looking up the imprint in our pill identifier to see what inactive ingredients are included.
