First of all, eggs are microscopic-you cant see them without a microscope. Petogen will stop periods in some women over time (we call it Depo-Provera in the States) As long as you are taking the shots regularly, you should not have gotten pregnant. On occasion, some women wont bleed or will only spot then out of the blue one month have a heavy period with a lot of cramping but it worries me that you also have blood in the urine. That isnt normal and it is not a symptom of pregnancy. I think there is some other health problem going on with you. I would advise that you see your medical doctor as soon as you can. Some vitamins can cause digestive upset. Vitamins do not purify the blood. Unless your diet is poor you dont need vitamins and if you do want to take a vitamin for helath reasons, just a daily mulivitamin will suffice.
Are you using the petogen for contraception or are you using it to regulate ovulation or for endometriosis? I am not as familiar with this drug as we do not have this in the States. It is a component of Depo-Provera which we use as a contraceptive here in the US but it is also used to regulate ovulation and for treating endometriosis. It would be helpful to know what reason you are using it. If it isnt for contraception, it is possible that you have had a miscarriage and that is what you saw on your pad when you had the heavy flow. I still recommend you see your medical doctor soon as you can. Something is not right.
I am on Petogen/ Depo-Provera for about a year prescribed to control the symptoms associated with Endometriosis. I am a virgin. I haven't had a regular period since being on the contraceptive. I am currently experiencing my first very heavy period, with "slimy bits" as desribed in the previous post.
Is this normal? I have not been experiencing any pain or cramps since being on the contraceptive and I am not feeling any pain now.
