I can't swallow pills so I chewed 1. It was the circle little reddish kind. I didn't know that some pills could be deadly to chew.

If you have chewed the tablet without a problem guess it would be fine, just for information, please it is best if you take ibuprofen with food or milk to avoid an upset stomach.
