My husband takes ondansetron for nausea can there be other side effects like euphoria?

I have been on ondansetron for two years, 8mg ODT. Never once have I personally noticed analgesic 'euphoria'. Just the natural euphoria from the relief the drug brings, but I can liken that to shutting excruciating pain off like flipping a switch, of course that's euphoric in itself. If it's recreational euphoria you are referring to then the answer is no. That being said, everyone's physiology reacts differently to medications so I wouldn't rule it out. I doubt he's abusing this drug though, it has absolutely no recreational value. Hope this helps...
