Hello,
"You should not stop using Crestor unless your doctor tells you to.
Crestor is only part of a treatment program that may also include diet, exercise, and weight control. Follow your doctor's instructions very closely."

You do not need to wean off Crestor. You can simply stop taking it without any adverse effects except potential changes in your blood lipids. I have done it before. My doctor just had me stop cold turkey.
Hello,
You must provide the proper information, as Crestor is a prescription medication only.
Your experience is yours and you can do as you please with your life, but before you answer you must provide an informative answer, you can share your experience, but what you can not do, is, in this case bypass the Dr.´s person, as you did not prescribed this medication, the Dr.´s person asking this question did, you did not prescribed this medication.
