I ate normally for the 12 weeks and came out at the end the same size I went in. :-)

Thanks stephen, im on week three of 90mil/400mil and i cant stop the munchies. Work a full day as a buisness administrator not laborer.
Only other side effect, maybe a little more tired in the evening.
