That is Doxycycline 100 mg. these are malaria anti biotic tablets for traveling. I have a ton left from my time in Southeast Asia. You take them before, during, and after travel to countries at risk with malaria.

It's impossible to identify pills with no imprint online. Please take to a local pharmacy and the pharmacist may be able to identify it.
