Drinking a glass of wine with your dinner can hardly be called "drinking alcohol",
so my question is: is it safe to have a glass of wine after 2 hours of taking a table of ferrous sulfate?
Can a glass of wine affect the taking of ferrous sulfate?

I suppose you are taking ferrous sulfate for anemia. Wine can cause anemia itself. It is not that safe to have a glass of wine 2 hours after taking ferrous sulfate. If you really crave for wine, at least wait 8 hours or so and not on a daily basis.
