I was taking the 60mg of fexofenadine hcl, and it worked for my hives. The 180mg works, but it makes me feel a little sick.
Can fexofenadine hcl 180mg be cut in half?

Yes, you can halve the 180mg fexofenadine tablets. They don't have any controlled release coating.

Does this apply to the current 24hr Fexofenadine 180mg genetic from CBS Pharmacy? If it is 24 hr it must be controlled release and therefore cannot be cut?
