Letrozole is used in the treatment of female infertility; breast cancer, metastatic; breast cancer; breast cancer, adjuvant and belongs to the drug classes aromatase inhibitors, hormones/antineoplastics.

Hello Alice. Letrozole is a drug that helps lower your estrogen level. I don't think it's considered chemo or targeted therapy. It's considered hormonal therapy. Good luck.
