That is a common side effect of this drug, & should ease in a day or two. You can ask your doctor for an anti-sickness drug, if it persists. How long is it since you took it?
Is that I sign that I can get pregnant??
How long is it since you took the pill?
Today around 12:30 PM I took I took 2 pills directly and around 4 5 pM I feel like I want to vomit..still now
What should I do??? Should I take another pills??
Then nausea is normal, having only taken the drug so recently.
i-pill is Levonorgestrel. This is what this website gives as the dose for levonorgestrel. Does this match what it says on the instructions that came with your i-pill?

Yes mam, I feel like vomiting after taking 2 pills. Should I take another or what should I do?
If you're saying the dose matches that in the link I gave you, then you took both 0.75mg tablets together instead of 12 hours apart. That would make it the equivalent of 1.5mg, which is the same as the single dose of this drug, that can be used as an alternative.
However, I was under the impression that ipill is 1.5mg per tablet, meaning you took an overdose, if you took 2 at once.
I recommend contacting a doctor or pharmacist, to clarify exactly what you have taken, & receive advice. I cannot see that in either situation you would need to take any more pills, but please check, as ipill is not listed on this website, for me to confirm this.
So that's mean I may get pregnant or may not right??
None of the emergency contraceptive pills are guaranteed to prevent pregnancy, so there's always a chance you might become pregnant.
If you were already ovulating, for example, then this particular Drug may not be able to help. The only emergency contraceptive pill proven can prevent pregnancy during the 24 hours around ovulation, is Ella (Ulipristal Acetate), & even that is not guaranteed to work.
Another option for emergency contraception, is to have a Paragard IUD fitted by a doctor, within 5 days/120 hours of the unprotected sex. That can prevent a pregnancy from implanting. I don't know if that's available to you, in your Country. That can remain in place as longer term contraception, too.
If it is not an option in your Country, then hopefully you took ipill quickly enough, & it was able to delay your ovulation, if necessary.
Taking 2 x 1.5mg Levonorgestrel pills at once, does not offer any more protection than 1 pill. It will just give you more side effects, such as nausea & other hormonal side effects.
