I have a bruised eye due to trauma. On day 1 it was just red and brused day 2 the inflammation started. Its day 3 and now the blood vessel in my eye has popped. Can i take ibuprofen to reduce the inflammation? Or is there something else i should take?
You need a doctor; the last thing you need is us diagnosing and proposing remedies without a magnified look at the damage your eye has sustained.
Ibuprofen does reduce inflammation but I don't know about eyeballs.
If it domestic related call the police also.
Eyeballs are a different ballgame.
You need to have it checked because the retina can become detached from trauma.
If any meds are going to work, it's got to be eyedrops.
