I am also a 60 year old male diagnosed with myasthenia gravis. I have a fairly manageable case that has improved somewhat over the last few years by reducing stress and more sleep as a result of retirement. Both Viagra and levitra had huge reactions for my m.g. and severely increased my symptoms within a couple of hours and had noticeable lasting but reducing effects for several days. I highly recommend extreme caution based on my personal experience. I reported this to the manufacturer of Viagra who was very interested and who stated they had not tested on anyone with m.g. due to testing protocol and the rarity of the affliction.
Your best bet would be to talk to your primary physician or to a urologist since none of us on here can tell you if you are healthy enough for sex.
