I took Plan B and after a the day after and had nausea for 2-3 days and even vomited on the third day. On my second week I did not get any nausea, but on the third week, I got nausea and even vomited once again. Took a pregnancy test, and it was negative. Do emergency contraceptives cause nausea weeks after?

You took 2 doses, within a few days of each other. One dose is a huge dose of artificial hormone for your body to deal with. It can cause all sorts of hormonal side effects. 2 doses could therefore very much intensify those effects, so I'd say it's very possible that your nausea is being caused by the several doses of Plan B.
It can take your body quite some time to recover from so much Plan B. I experienced similar, years ago.
For how long did you symptoms last?
