All my other blood tests were in normal range, I'm 36 and otherwise healthy. It was a fasting test, when I looked back on last years results it was 57. I do have high blood pressure.
I had a eGFR blood test of 56, should I be concerned?

eGFR (estimated glomerular filtration rate) is normally a function of how your kidneys are working. Your kidneys are suffering quite badly. A normal eGFR is > 90 (e.g. mine; with a calculated GFR is 130). As you have about 50% kidney function and your eGFR is calculated as a whole number.
Concerned? I'd be worried if it were me.
