Hi, my friend!
Paxil is one of the few antidepressants that is FDA approved to treat not only depression but also anxiety including panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders ( GAD, SAD, etc.), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD).
It also has notably fewer side effects affecting 10% or less of users in most cases. They are generally mild and transient resolving in just days to a week or two.
The "horrible" reviews are written by the minority of users who've had a bad experience and don't account for the tens of thousands of people who have benefited greatly from this medication.
Paxil was the only antidepressant that controlled both my depressive and anxiety symptoms!
Best regards to all. Take care and stay safe.
