I have a big addiction to pregabalin. I will be doing a detox soon and having gone through withdrawals too many times, just cold turkey, it's been horrendous. So any help would be welcome.
Is there anything I can do to ease pregabalin withdrawals?

Taper very slowly. I'm only going down about 25mg a month or so. I only go down 25mg more when I feel stable enough. I've been where you're at and it's so horrible. Some people do a water titration of 10% a month or so but I can't keep up with the hassle with all my brain fog. If you're interested just google water titration.
To help withdrawal symptoms I ordered magnesium glycinate online. It needs to be glycinate. The others may give you diarrhea. It helps with sleeping and akathisia (jittery legs or restless legs). I also have been taking zinc, vitamin C, D and B12. Remember to take supplements 2 hours before pregabalin or 4 hours after as the magnesium especially won't be absorbed because of pregabalin. I'm going to add quality CBD oil as well. Make sure you keep hydrated. Another thing that's helped me is guided meditation with breathing focus at bedtime.
All of these things have helped so far but I've still got a long way to go. I feel like giving up at times because the pain is so bad but then I remember how this drug has caused a lot of my additional health problems.
Good luck!
