I can only attest to buspirone. I’ve had a work related drug test twice a month for the last 18 years and buspirone (45mg a day) has never caused any issues.
No, I checked and none of the meds you are on can cause a false positive for Fentanyl.
Now, if you have taken Benadryl (diphenhydramine) lately, this medication can cause a false positive result for Fentanyl.
