Cialis works by blocking PDE5. When PDE5 is blocked, more of the chemicals responsible for the erection remain, so the muscles in the penis do not constrict. This allows blood to stay in the penis longer, which allows the man to maintain an erection.
Would Cialis work without any stimulation? No, this is because the chemicals that cause an erection need to be released into the penis. These chemicals are released only when a person is aroused. Cialis has no effect on the release of these chemicals. It only keeps the chemicals in the penis longer.
However, for more info please seek medical advice, take care, be well & safe.
Best wishes!
As in the previous post, stimulation is required. Am a 60 year old male that "needed a boost". Cialis has not disappointed me. Effective after about 30 minutes, but my most intense erections occur about 6 hours afterward. This is for me personally.
