Which method works better?

Psychmajor is right. Take it as prescribed and it will be the most effective.

since benzos (atleast all that i know of) arnt water soluble the only way to get this into your system is taking it orally... -the capalaries under the toung go right to the blood stream BUT only watersoluble things can go through
