My husband takes divalproex sodium ER for bipolar and jerking but now his tremors are worse. If he changes to Lamictal, will he still experience tremors?

Tremors often affect about 1-10% of users with Lamictal but every person's response to medications is different. Just because you have a problem with one it doesn't necessarily mean you will on a different drug.
