Tantboom; There really is not a huge difference one seems to work better than the other for some people but you never take them together they are in the same family of drug. NSID Anit-inflammatory and the 500mg to 600mg really does not mean one is stronger than the other many people it does help to take this with food to buffer the stomach and don't take more than the doctor says. and again it is one or the other you never take them both at the same time because they are very close to being the same but work just a bit different that is why some people prefer one over the other. good luck chuck1957
Sorry tant; I just noticed you asked which for pain. really either one they both well help with joint pain or headaches etc. but as I said one or the other. But both of these well help with mild to moderate pain chuck1957
Thank you for informing me on the difference in the 2diffent medication just the pain is not getting any better was not sure what I can do
