Are you referring to the Orapred and Prelone liquids?
If so then they are both virtually the same but made by different drug companies.
Both contain the same active ingredient and the same strength ie. prednisolone 15mg/5ml

Orapred oral solution contains alcohol 2%, fructose, and sorbitol. Prelone syrup contains alcohol 5%, saccharin, and sucrose. The difference in alcohol (ethanol) may be significant for young children.
