Answers
Levemir is made by Novo Nordisk and is insulin detemir while lantus is made by Sanofi and is insulin glargine both are long acting basil insulin's which are slow acting insulin's. They both act the same in use and usage, so, the only differences are in their formulation and in what company manufactures them.
