The side effects do go away with time. I was diagnosed 4 years ago and it took a good 2 years to be free of any side effects. We are all different. I also found that exercise helped a lot. There was a lot I couldn’t do at first like push ups or burpees due to some dizziness but I soon worked through it.
2-3 weeks, for some, 4-6 weeks, if no improvement at all it may be time for a re-evaluation.
Thank you so much anything I can take to help with side effects
The best you can do is nutritional, try 60 days no sugar in any form including artificial, cut out caffeine and increase hydration, it will help your body heal and give your mind (and body) something else to focus on.
Thank you so much very helpful
