I have psoriatic arthritis and I have been taking Cosentyx for the last five months. Initially it helped my psoriasis but for the last two weeks my psoriasis is back on the palms of my hands and on my legs and lower back, I never had it on my legs or lower back ever. Did this ever happen to anyone else before? I would really appreciate your help.
Why am I developing new psoriasis on my body when I'm taking Cosentyx the last five months?

I have been on it for over a year and I never developed new patches but for the past few months my old patches around my nostrils have come back and now spread onto my face a bit. I have gotten new skin lesions from hidradenitis in my groin. Plus, my pain from tendinitis in multiple places has come back. Guessing it isn't working for me any longer. The last two days, I have had severe under eye redness and puffiness and I have NEVER had this before.
