Hi, Lshee!
That's an extremely high dose and shouldn't be stopped abruptly whether you're taking it as a mood stabilizer, for epilepsy, or migraines. You could experience a severe return of your original symptoms especially if for epilepsy. It could cause major seizures.
You'll need to talk to your doctor about whether you should even stop it and if you do they can provide you with a tapering dose schedule under their supervision.
Thanks for the advise I will speak to a Dr. in neurology.
