Pill imprint 5658 DAN has been identified as Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride 10 mg.
Cyclobenzaprine is used in the treatment of muscle spasm; sciatica; migraine; fibromyalgia; temporomandibular joint disorder and belongs to the drug class skeletal muscle relaxants. There is no proven risk in humans during pregnancy.
Cyclobenzaprine 10 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.
