I broke a small piece off of a pill I thought to be oxy 30mg. Soon after I was dizzy and vomiting. I assume it was a fake oxy with fentanyl. Its been over 2 hours since I took it. Im feeling a little better. No more puking or sweating. But I am still very shaky and kinda dizzy. Should I be concerned? Or will the feeling keep fading?
Should I be concerned about a pill I took that believe to be fake oxy 30mg?

What makes you believe it was a fake?
I got extremely ill and I had only taken a tiny piece of it. Ive never got ill from it before.
Take them back to the pharmacist to be sure you were given the correct medication. Also, sometimes people will develop allergies to medications they’ve previously had no problems with. Although it may be something you’ve taken for some time without issues, something in your body has changed and rejects what it previously accepted. And since you’re logging into this website posting questions and answers, I’d say you’ll be fine. Not sure I’d continue taking that med though.
