In this case, being otc, the date on the label is the date the medications expires. The reason for this is because they can't guarantee the quality after that date.

Hello haytra. Yes. However as to the degree of it being theraputic/ effective past the date of expiration the less benefical. The norm is to discard a drug after a years period of time being taken/prescribed. Regards pledge
