I’ve been prescribed 10mg of escitalopram, 10 aripriprazole for my bipolar disorder, .
I still wanting to be in bed all the time. But don’t seem to be having depressive thoughts.
Any one on this combo had this as a side effect? From escitalopram or aripriprazole ?

Can I ask how long you've been taking your medications? It sounds as if the drugs are helping you to a certain extent but the fatigue and sleepiness could be side effects of either medication if you've only been taking them for a short period of time. It usually resolves within a few weeks but if it's been longer than that you should let your doctor know.
Were you experiencing this before you started your medications as you say you're still wanting to stay in bed? It may also be that your metabolism needs more time for the drugs to become fully effective.
Either way it's important to stay in touch with your doctor during this early initial period so you might want to give her/him a call and get their professional opinion.

Thank you so much for your help. I am still in touch with my doctor. Problem is he said he doesn’t know what is with me. I will talk to him about it. Maybe it’s time to change .

Yes, that's far too long to be experiencing initial side effects. Do talk to your doctor as you'd also want to rule out any underlying condition. Have you had any blood work or other diagnostic workups done?

Ask if they ran Vitamin D and thyroid levels. Deficiencies in them can contribute to depression and fatigue.

I had a full screen. Everything is ok. I’m sure it’s side effect of a medication. Before I was on quetiapine, lamotrigine, bupropion, started getting really depressed. He stopped quetiapine and added escitalopram plus aripriprazole. I am better thank before. I think I’m not depressed. But don’t feel right. Have no energy, sleeping a lot and anxious .
