I had sex Sunday 9 pm Sunday night, and again on Monday around 8 pm. I took Plan B on Monday night after the sex. I took another Tuesday afternoon just to be safe because I also had sex Tuesday morning but he pulled out. I have a UTi and took a cephalexin today Wednesday morning. I’m just concerned if it will affect the Plan B that I took the day before ?
Will cephalexin affect Plan B?

Oh my goodness. Plan B is a huge dose of artificial hormone for your body to deal with. It's meant for total emergencies.
It's not as reliable as regular hormonal birth control. It's simply worth a try in an emergency. Relying on Plan B as your birth control could see you ending up pregnant, if you're not already
If you are already ovulating, then Plan B may not be able to help you avoid pregnancy. It's possible it may work in other ways, but not proven. You can see that on the Manufacturer's website, where they're careful to use the words possible, & may.
In the scenario where you're around the time of ovulation, I'd suggest Ella, instead of Plan B.
Cephalexin does not effect Plan B.
I know it was a lot of hormones for a body, and I shouldn’t have done that. I was just concerned because when I asked a pharmacist both of them told me different things. One said to wait 24 hours to take the a Cephalexin, while the other said plan b stays in my system for 5 days and that Cephalexin can stop it from working. But when I do research majority menntiln other antibiotics but only like a few cited says Cephalexin will decrease the effectiveness.
You can expect your next few menstrual cycles to be all over the place in terms if when you bleed, & what symptoms you get. If it doesn't effect you in that way, you've been very lucky.
Women who take 2 doses so close together, typically get at least exaggerated hormonal symptoms for the first cycle, if not more.
