No, amoxicillin clavulanate is not used to treat trichomoniasis.
Trichomoniasis is a sexually transmitted disease caused by the parasite Trichomonas vaginalis.
The antibiotic metronidazole is commonly used to cure the infection. An alternative drug is called Tinidazole.
